Cosmetic Consultations: Subject to a $50 consultation fee applicable to booked surgeries.

Hospitals:  Dr. Small has privileges at Valley, Holy Name, and Englewood Hospitals in Bergen County.

Payment/Financing:
We accept all forms of payment including Cash, Check, and all Major Credit Cards.  We also accept Care Credit Financing.

Insurance: The Plastic Surgery Center participates with Horizon BC/BS plans, AmeriHealth, Cigna, NJ Health  & Medicare. All others are considered “Out of Network” and does not participate with any insurance company or managed care plan. However, we are happy to assist patients by submitting claims and pre-certifications on their behalf. If you need further assistance please contact our office.
